Dr. Ann Saffi Biasetti is a somatic psychotherapist, author, educator, and creator of Embodied Self-Compassion. Her work integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and psychospiritual practice to help individuals and professionals reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
With decades of clinical experience and advanced training in polyvagal theory, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, Ann has developed a unique methodology for healing disordered eating, body image disturbance, and trauma through embodiment.
