“Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga” (IAYT)

My yoga therapy sessions are unique to each individual. The sessions begin with a thorough assessment of you and your body. From there, I combined the use of restorative yoga, guided meditation, and therapeutic movement, along with a verbal dialogue that is mindfulness-based and offers you awareness into your mind, body, and spirit connection.

I specialize in yoga therapy for mind/body integration. This form of yoga therapy has been shown to be helpful for the following issues:

  • Body image/eating disorders
  • Trauma
  • Pain management
  • Chronic illness/conditions

There is no yoga experience necessary for these sessions.

The first session is 2 hours and $175. Sessions thereafter are 90 min. $150.
