Open Community Yoga Class – Flowing Into Ease (All Levels)


Practice poses with steadiness and ease. Stira is the steadiness, focus, concentration and an attentive mind. Sukha is happiness, comfort and ease. We move and flow into mindfulness based vinyasa and mix it up with gentle releases and restorative postures to learn the true meaning of balance and ease and embodiment on the mat. This comprehensive training for certification includes full training of the specific interventions of Mindfulness-Based Embodiment ™, the verbal dialogue of MBE and how to guide a client through a full, embodied, awareness practice that leads to deep insight and change.


Level 1 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (40 hr.)

Next training is October 2018
This Training is open to Yoga Instructors and students who have had a dedicated practice for at least two years. It is limited to 16 participants. In this 40 hour training you will learn the art & skill of teaching Restorative Yoga.


Level 2 Restorative Teacher Training

March 16-18, 2018
March 23-25, 2018

Level 2 Restorative Teacher training is open for those who have completed the Level 1 training in restorative yoga. This training emphasizes mind/body therapeutics and working 1:1 with clients.
