The MSC program is an empirically supported program founded by researcher, Kristen Neff and psychologist, Christopher Germer. The program is designed to cultivate the skills of building self-compassion. Core principles and practices taught will enable you to respond to difficult moments with kindness, care, and understanding, building resiliency and inner strength.
